Areas of application

1-component Epoxy Primer is a reliable and user-friendly anti-corrosion primer for fast and efficient repair work. This high-build, epoxy resin-based adhesion promoter provides excellent adhesion to steel, aluminium, galvanized substrates, and sanded, unsound existing varnish. Thanks to its very fine spray dispersion, the primer is evenly distributed across surfaces and run-off zones. This ensures effective sealing against moisture.

Colour: black Dry film thickness: 40-50 µm (2–3 sprays) Flash-off time: 3 – 5 minutes before applying the next coat Dry dust-free: approx. 5 minutes (20°C) Touch dry: approx. 10 minutes (20°C) Can be sanded/overcoated/re-coated: approx. 30 minutes (20°C) Further processing: Dry sanding:   P 400 - P 600 Wet sanding:         P 800 - P 1000
